Where Are You Based?: Our offices are based in High Wycombe, Bucks. Most of our events have been located within London & the Thames Valley, but we are more than happy to travel for events across the country!
Are We Able To Meet You Before We Book You?: Yes, definitely! We offer a no-obligation meeting to everyone that enquires about our services to discuss their needs, expectations and ideas. This often helps to shape the size and style of an event, and offers reassurance to our clients that we will be a nice company to work with!
How Much Do You Charge?: We offer an entirely bespoke service to all our clients, so our charges vary greatly depending on your requirements. When Do You Require Payment?: Once a contract of activity has been signed, we will ask for a 50% deposit of our fee, plus the full amount due for all supplier costs.
How Far In Advance Of An Event Would I Need To Contact You?: Preparation is the key, so the longer we have the better, but there's no definitive amount of time it takes to organise an event. Whether we've got 18 months or just a few weeks, we'll still do everything to create you a stellar event!

Why Are You Called cloudTEN?: If you're on 'cloud nine' you're usually pretty ecstatic... we want to offer you a service which surpasses that!
Do You Have Recommended Suppliers That You Always Use?: We can offer a list of reliable suppliers we've worked with previously and are happy to recommend, but guarantee not to force our clients to use anyone they're not happy with. We look at each of our client's requirements individually and will find the best supplier for their needs rather than always relying on our existing contacts.
Will You Attend Our Event To Oversee That It All Goes To Plan?: Of course we'll be there! Half the fun of planning the event is seeing it all come together so we'd be disappointed to miss out! Plus we want to make sure that it all runs smoothly so you can concentrate on enjoying yourselves. We promise to blend into the background, overseeing the details and dressed appropriately for the occasion.
